Once the returned item reaches our facility, we require 24 hours to inspect its condition. Following this inspection, we will either arrange for a replacement or, if the item is unavailable or the damage is irreparable, we will initiate a full refund.
Because we operate through COD, we do not have your fiscal data on file. Therefore, we will contact you via email to request your bank transfer details. Once we receive this information and initiate the transfer, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking provider.
